I am a Environmental Educator at the LPNC and one of my loves is to run the trails here after work. We have about 18 routes mapped out throughout the reserve ranging from 3k to 10k.
This evening we will be running one of two routes (or both) either a five mile loop or a 5 km route. The shorter 5km loop is at the 1/2 way point so runners whom want to only go 5km can do so with ease.
This will be a trail run so please bring good trail running shoes. Some parts of the trails can be technical so please watch your footing. (maps will be provided with the rough spots highlighted)
This is not a drop run and we will try to stick together through out the run. Also, the route planned will take us to 2 of the 5 prettiest parts of the park.
