In order to attend CHOA's events you must first become a member. Members see all information related to the event including detailed directions to the event location, who is attending and a way to send an online message to the leader or anyone signed up.

Please note of the day and time change: we will start at 6:30PM on Wednesday

Easy to moderate depending how physical you want to be.

Only Choa members!  No guess allowed do to Choa rental agreement. Rsvp list will be checked at event. Only gym shoes allowed. You dodge, throw, block, and get hit with balls. There is running involved if you want. Please bring water if you do not want to drink out of the water fountains. If you are a first timer please say so when you sign up for the event. I will explain to the first timers the rules & how to play before the start of the games. Let the balls bounce.
